Frequently Asked Questions

What products do you use?

We have an extensive range of only premium, highest quality, eco-friendly products tailored to your pet’s skin and coat type.

How often should my pet be groomed?

Dog grooming needs vary by breed, coat type and lifestyle. Most dogs benefit from a session every 3 weeks to keep their coat healthy and tangle free. Regular brushing at home helps maintain results between visits.

Cats require less grooming and are welcome to come in every 3-6 months to maintain a healthy coat.

How long does a grooming session take?

A grooming session can take anything from 1.5 to 3 hours depending on each pet’s personal needs.
Matted, anxious or young pets may take significantly longer and require breaks in between for their comfort.

Can I be present during the groom?

For safety reasons, owners are unable to stay during the groom, our groomers need to give full attention to the pet and equipment.

Do I need to book an appointment?

We welcome walk-ins subject to availability but recommend booking in advance as slots fill up quickly.

What if my pet has mats or tangles?

We will asses the coat and, if needed, carefully de-mat or recommend a shorter trim for your pets comfort.
