Deposit Terms
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment.
- Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
- Deposits are deducted from the final bill on the day of the appointment.
Cancelations & Changes
- We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellation or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
- Failure to attend an appointment (no-show) will result in the deposit being forfeited.
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once to a future appointment if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
- Transferred deposits must be used within 30 days, subject to availability.
Late Arrivals / Departures
- Late arrivals may result in a reduced service.
- Arrivals later than 20 minutes will be cancelled.
- If an appointment must be cancelled due to late arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.
- We offer a 15 minute grace period for pick ups. After this, a late fee of £25 will be applied for every additional 15 minutes of lateness.
Multiple Cancellations
- Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings or result in refusal of further bookings.
Provider cancellations
- In the unlikely event that Mello World must cancel your appointment, your deposit will be refunded in full or transferred to a new date of your choosing.
Coat condition & Matting
- Matted coats require additional time, charges or a short clip for the wellbeing of the pet. Read our matted dogs policy here
