Ultrasonic Teeth Cleaning Policy

• Ultrasonic teeth cleaning must be booked as part of a grooming appointment.

• It cannot be booked as a standalone service.

• The initial ultrasonic teeth cleaning session is £70.

• Follow-up sessions are £35 only if booked and attended within 60 days of the initial appointment.

• If more than 60 days have passed since the last ultrasonic session, the appointment will be charged at the full £70 rate again.

• Ultrasonic teeth cleaning is a gradual, non-invasive process.

• Not all plaque and tartar can be removed in a single session, particularly where build-up is heavy.

• Results depend on the level of existing plaque and tartar and the dog’s comfort and cooperation.

• For the dog’s comfort and wellbeing, multiple sessions are often required.

• Treatment is performed without sedation.

• If at any point the dog becomes stressed or uncomfortable, the session may be paused or ended early.

• A shorter or partial session remains chargeable, as time and care have been provided.

• Ultrasonic cleaning is cosmetic and preventative.

• It is not a substitute for veterinary dental treatment.

• Dogs with severe dental disease, loose teeth, bleeding gums, or suspected infection may be declined and referred to a veterinarian.

• Regular follow-up sessions and at-home dental care are recommended to maintain results.
