At Mello World, your dog’s safety, comfort, and wellbeing are our priority. To ensure a calm and enjoyable environment for all dogs, the following conditions apply:
Health & Vaccinations
- All dogs must be fully up to date with vaccinations.
- Dogs must be in good health and show no signs of illness.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry if a dog appears unwell.
- We may contact your registered veterinary practice to verify vaccination records.
Trial & Suitability
- All dogs are required to complete a trial session/assessment prior to attending regular daycare.
- This allows us to ensure your dog is comfortable in the environment and suited to group care.
- We reserve the right to decline or discontinue daycare if a dog is not deemed suitable.
Neutering Policy
- Male dogs over the age of 12 months must be neutered to attend daycare.
- Male dogs under 12 months that are not yet neutered are welcome; however, they may be required to wear a belly wrap to prevent marking.
Behaviour & Suitability
- Dogs must be well-socialised and comfortable around other dogs and people.
- Dogs displaying persistent marking, aggression, or disruptive behaviour may be asked to leave daycare.
- Continued behavioural concerns may result in refusal of future daycare bookings.
Female Dogs
- Female dogs in season are unable to attend daycare during this period.
General
- All dogs are fully supervised at all times while in our care.
- We reserve the right to make decisions in the best interest of your dog and others in our care.
